Please take note :

  • The booking does not include the rights to entertain, hold gatherings/get-together or special events on the premises.
  • Our person requirement is strict. Please follow stated pax accordingly to avoid any issue during check in.
  • No catering services/ canopy set up/ barbecues/steamboat and no alcohol is allowed .
  • NO VISITOR IS ALLOWED in the house and at the compound of the house.
  • Pre Wedding/Wedding, Product, Commercial, Modelling, etc Photo shoot and Filming without permission is strictly not allowed.
  • NO SMOKING in the rooms & house compound.
  • Pool time is until 8pm only.

* Please respect NOISE CURFEW as we are located in residential area.

  • This premise complies with Shariah compliances. We shall not tolerate any materials or conducts contrary to Shariah compliances.
  • We observe a STRICT HALAL POLICY. NO PORK MEAT/ NO ALCOHOL / ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES allowed in the house.
  • ALOOR Retreat will not be responsible for the Guest’s safety against events including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, death, acts or defaults caused by third parties, acts of God, flood, theft or even acts of negligence.

We reserve the rights to cancel the booking without refund if no confirmation payment document is received after the stated deadline.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to confirm a reservation for ala-carte room booking and 50% from total payment for whole house booking. Balance payment for whole house booking to be done 14 days before check in date . A security deposit of RM200 is required for entire house booking. Late check-out is subject availability with an additional charge of RM20/hour ( room booking) and RM100/hour (entire house booking). ALOOR Retreat reserves the right to retain the full security deposit should there be any litter on the environment or damages/missing items on the Property. The security deposit will be refunded 3-5 working days after the check out date if there any no outstanding payments, no litter on the environment and no damaged/ missing items on the Property. Check In After 3.00 pm Check Out Before 12.00 pm.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in dates ; guest will receive refund of total booking made. Cancellation made 7  days but not more than 14 days before scheduled  check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 20% of the total booking rate.  Cancellation made less than 7 days to scheduled check-in date but more than 48 hours to check in time are subjected to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking rate.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less to check-in date and no shows will be charged the entire booking amount. In the event of force majeure, no cancellation can be made but only changes on date.  Any cancellation request shall to be made via Whatsapp (+60124192060 ) only by individual who made the booking.

Change of Date Policy

Change of date request/notification via Whatsapp made at least 14 days or more to check-in date, guest may postpone their stay at no additional cost.  Change of date request made less than 14 days to check in date : 50% of the total booking rate (for room booking) and RM150 (for whole house booking) as administrative fees applied. Change of date request less than 7 days before check-in date is not possible. The new date shall be no later than 6 months from the original date, subject to availability.
